🌱 Early Neurological Stimulation

From the very beginning, we introduce our puppies to early neurological stimulation — a carefully timed series of gentle exercises that help develop their nervous systems, boost brain development, and build tolerance to mild stress. This foundation gives our puppies the best possible start toward becoming adaptable, emotionally stable dogs.

One of our early standouts, Sophia (previously known as Pink Collar), began her journey as a wiggly, hesitant pup. She didn’t enjoy her early neurological training at first, but with patient breathing exercises and steady hands, she found her calm. Now, Sophia looks forward to her training and has grown into one of our calmest, most confident puppies — often first to ask to be picked up, and always hoping for another turn.

We’ve found that puppies, especially in their first few weeks, connect deeply through smell and touch. That’s why we spend time breathing into each puppy’s nose during their early handling sessions. It’s a calming signal — one that builds trust and teaches them that human scent means safety, comfort, and love.

Even the wiggliest puppies quickly learn to melt into our hands, relax, and find peace in this simple connection. It’s a small but powerful step in building lifelong trust.

As the puppies grow, we begin early socialization and gentle exposure to new sights, sounds, and experiences. We introduce safe play areas, soft sounds, and a variety of gentle, hands-on interactions to help them feel comfortable in the world around them.

Our puppies also begin learning foundational obedience skills, including:

• Walking calmly on a loose leash• Sitting on cue• Lying down with calm encouragement

We focus on creating a peaceful, trusting environment where puppies naturally want to follow, listen, and explore without fear.
